Airstream RV campground antenna tv help

http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...9fbe7cbf83beb3

I visit the TCPC (Airstream Campground) often and there is great difficulty receiving any TV reception. (TCPC, 13 Airstream Drive, Crossville, TN 38572)

I am in an Airstream Cutter Motorhome. 1996. It has the original Wineguard
antenna. The papers that came with the antenna do not show any technical details of the antenna other than how to use it, so I can't provide any.

The TVFool report indicates a grey background for 95% of the stations.
What can I do to get a few clear stations, especially PBS? What type and brand of antenna should I get? Is there anything that I can add to the existing antenna on the motorhome?

The old TV that came with this motor home...I clipped the power wire, and unscrewed the antenna connection and removed it. I then planned to get a digital current model TV . What brand tv do you recommend I get so as to match it up with the existing antenna on the motor home roof, or whatever new type of antenna you recommend....? Please be specific, keeping in mind I know nothing about electronics or types of tv's or antennas.

Thank you so much for your help. Francey

Smile Winegard and motor homes

My suggestion is go to the help forums at the winegard.com web site. Look at the pictures of the winegard tv antennas and decide what winegard tv antenna it is with the airstream because the forum will ask you the same question , which tv antenna is it? Tv's with sensitive digital tuners are SONY. I suggest the model KDL-32EX700.~ Here are helpful web sites - digitaladvisor.com - solidsignal.com - bestbuy.com

You are in a very tough situation at the campground: if they don't offer some sort of cable or satellite service of their own, you may need to use your own satellite system to see any reception. Even the best deep-fringe antennas will have a hard time pulling anything at that site.
