A good starting point would be to adjust the length of each dipole rod on the 'bunny ears' to about 14 5/8". Also, adjust them so they are as close to parallel to the ground as possible. To aim, one rod tip should be pointing to the NW and the other to the SE... (The loop should be facing about 70° per a compass. The type antenna you have receives the same front and rear.)
