That antenna is much larger than necessary for your location. It covers UHF, VHF-High, and VHF-Low. The VHF-Low elements are 110" wide. You don't have any VHF-Low channels (Real RF channels 2-6)....

That's difficult to predict. WTNH will be in a null, making it a lot weaker, when the antenna is aimed at WFSB, but it will help that WTNH is much stronger.
