Then airplane flutter is the likely culprit IMO. If true your good & bad days will be dictated by the changes in flight pattern which is determined by wind direction.

You will need a LOT of antenna to get 13. 11 is not as hard to get to areas west of Baltimore, but 13's directional signal is not as strong as TV Fool predicts.

11 & 13 will require a REAL VHF...

The HBU22 should at least get the UHF channels from Baltimore (ABC, Fox, CW) if aimed more in that direction. If you want NBC 11 & CBS 13 you will likely need to go up to an HBU33 or better yet...
