If the rotor was damaged by the top mast being too long and the top part of the rotor cracked, then yes it will help.
Otherwise, the antenna can still spin, unless you buy a ham rotor w/ a brake.

The only way a WD product would work, would be if you could chase the water out the other end.

Heat, UV and extreme cold, can do strange things.

Beware of ridiculous claims of 125-150 mile reception.

I would also NEVER purchase an antenna w/ a built in amp and/ or rotor.
