antenna minnesnowta
need help with antenna selection in MN. zip 55372
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...9038e96ed8c224 i have a traditional large attic antenna now that hasn't gotten reception. im not sure if its the antenna, wiring, or just that the attic isnt a good spot for any antenna. also tried an indoor antenna cabled right to TV and it didnt work either. it is a townhome so i do have limited options by association in rooftop for a traditional style. i could prob get a way with the enclosed ufo type antennas rooftop, but not sure if they are rated very high or not. |
Your signals look good and strong. Did you ever get solid reception from the attic antenna? Have trees grown up that are blocking the view now? I would think a simple rig like the C2V pointed NNE and mounted outside would get you all the major networks. The home owner's association can't prevent you from putting up such an antenna. When push comes to shove, the FCC laws are on your side.

Our usual recommendation from our product line for TVFool plots like this, in the absence of full information, would be either a C2MAX or a C2V. No amp should be needed based on the provided plot. |
