Is this a , house , condo , apt. , mobile home , motor home , or etc.?? If more then one floor above ground , how many floors??

It is a standard 2 story house and I plan to install the antenna on the roof (at about 30 ft above ground)

Your location and you will mount the Tv antenna above the roof means that you will receive Canada digital stations and American digital stations. I recommend a Winegard HD7698P antenna with a Winegard HDP269 preamp.
