wrudge signal loss

recent signal loss location Carlisle, PA 17015
TV Samsung Model 630 LCD HDTY
Channel Master UP-7 Model 3083
Channel Master Model 9537 Programmable Rotor controller
Channel Master Model 3044 4-set UHF/VHF/FM 22 dB Amplifier

Problem keeping two distant TV stations
Channel 8 VHF Lancaster , PENNA 33.4 miles SE
Channel 43 UHF York, PENNA 34.5 miles SE

Since installing our system shortly after the digital signal changeover all stations were coming in fine. The 2 stations noted would some times be lost in very bad storms and some weather conditions but never for a long period of time.

We had a very bad storm May 27th but the signals remained. Sever storms again the weekend of June 4-5, and the signal for these 2 stations has not been able to be received. Rescanned the TV set a couple of times last week again. Received both stations for one evening and then gone once again. Rescanning has not returned the signals. All other stations signals are being received fine. Have re-synced the rotor remote and settings for antenna directions are the same as always with no change. No apparent damage to the antenna or coax cables. I unplugged and re-powered the amplifier and no changes. Any thoughts?
