Radioshack VU-75XR and compass heading?

What compass heading should I aim my antenna? I have a RadioShack VU-75XR that I got for free.

Start with due south... pan left and right while checking the indicated signal strength. If you see an analog signal on CH-28 & CH-56, they will be easy to use as indicators of best aim point.
