Newbie needs antenna advice

I am on the Outer Banks of NC and get most channels from the Norfolk area. I have a mid-range antenna mounted outside, and have been losing channels. It appears I need a large directional antenna. My survey result is here:

The channel I have lost that is most important is in yellow - the ABC affiliate.

Could someone tell me which antenna I need, and whether a pre-amp is also necessary? I think I need something with both UHF and VHF capacity, but am unclear on what to look for. The channels I do get are excellent. I have no idea why I have lost the ABC affiliate - which used to come in fine.

My antenna would be mounted outside on the north side of the cottage; about 15 feet off of the ground.

What about trees in the direction of the group of transmitters to the north west ? What about buildings/houses blocking the group of transmitters to the north ? What about getting the receiving antenna up higher on to the roof ? . Sea water is corrosive , check all connections. I recommend a Winegard HD7697P on the roof , no preamp or amplifier. Also RG-6 coax with compression type fittings. Compression type fittings seal out sea water.

option 1.

Winegard HD7694P with AP 8700 preamp.

option 2.

Winegard HD7698P might work OK without a preamp.

option 3.

Antennacraft Y10-7-13 for VHF with an 8 bay UHF antenna or a 91XG yagi style antenna. Use a AP 2870 preamp to add them together.

Seal things well at the connection points. Consider using Krylon spray to keep the salt off of the antenna.

You could try the AP 8700 preamp with your existing antenna, but I'd guess that you'd find corrosion in the F-connectors when you install it.

There are no natural obstructions between me and the transmitters. My cottage is on a high dune.
