Looking for rooftop antenna help

Hello, looking to give it to the man by saying GOODBYE to cable and install an antenna. I have an old, SOLID, steel tripod type tower that is approximately 15 feet high. I plan on purchasing a decent mast to hopefully get me to at least 25 feet. I posted both 20 and 25 feet links below. I plan on running cable to 2 TVs only. My primary goal is to pull in the 4 main stations but most definitely Fox. Any other stations are a bonus. My big concern is I live in a old neighborhood with large mature oaks. Many oaks. Budget is around $150. Any assistance would be appreciated. Thanks, Dean
