Hello new here and need some advice

Hello looking for some advice on what equipment is needed for best viewing results with the following information

I would mount outdoors, clear of obstructions such as trees and structures.

An Antennas Direct DB8E facing 228° magnetic would be my choice to get as many UHF (real channels 14 and higher) signals as possible.

An Antennacraft Y10713 pointed at real CH-10 (294° magnetic) may provide both RCH-10 and RCH-12. (The bankruptcy of Radio Shack, the owner of Antennacraft, is going to make this antenna disappear from the market soon.)

The RCA TVPRAMP1R preamplifier has separate UHF and VHF inputs, which makes it handy in this application. It has the gain need to overcome loss in the cable runs 50' and longer.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
