Any help is appreciated

Here is my TV Fool "plot" http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...81a32e7e78cdb6

I set up an Antennacraft HBU55 on a pole about 10 feet above roof line. No amplifier or rotator. Running through satellite coaxial. I do get 28 and 40 at 352 degrees as well as 31 at 73 degrees. I suppose this is a good capture considering the width of the reception (about 80 degrees. I do not have any fancy signal meters etc. Here is the problem I cannot get WESH 24 at 104 degrees. Too wide a path? As far as the antenna it does not seem to make a difference if I point either end due north or south I still get same signals. No visible difference in picture. Is there a front and back if so which is which? Any thoughts on pointing the antenna due east in an attempt to get 24 as well as the others? Odd thing the TVfool site indicates that for geen and yellow indoor should work, it did not for me. Maybe the metal roof was the cause.

Thanks.

The listing for WESH-24 is for a Construction Permit for an LD translator. It probably is not yet on the air. You'll need to contact WESH's engineering department in Orlando and ask them about their LD-24 Ocala translator plans and schedule.

In any event, that site will be using a sharply directional transmitting antenna with minimal signal to the north. It will not be easy to receive with an antenna that is as sharply directional as the one you have if you have the antenna aimed the wrong direction. You will likely need a rotor to re-aim the rig to the south.
