The listing for WESH-24 is for a Construction Permit for an LD translator. It probably is not yet on the air. You'll need to contact WESH's engineering department in Orlando and ask them about their LD-24 Ocala translator plans and schedule.
In any event, that site will be using a sharply directional transmitting antenna with minimal signal to the north. It will not be easy to receive with an antenna that is as sharply directional as the one you have if you have the antenna aimed the wrong direction. You will likely need a rotor to re-aim the rig to the south.
