Question CM3020 Question

Hello all,
I recently installed a new Channel Master - cm3020. Everything is working..but I have a question...
The 3020 comes in 3 sections. The middle mounts on the mast.
The front opens up and has 4 connection points. 2 for the Balum
to attach and 2 for the 2 metal bars to electrically connect the middle section to the front antenna sections. The 3rd section attaches to the rear of the
middle section. However there does not seem to be any electrical
connection from the elements on the 3rd section to the middle section.
The elements on the middle section are tied together with metal strips,
but nothing seems to tie the elements from the 3rd section in electrically.
The elements are isolated from the main metal "spine" of the antenna via
plastic holder along the entire length of the antenna (all 3 sections).
Am I missing a connection? How are the elements on the
3rd section electrically contributing to the antennas output.

Some elements are connected electromagnetically and serve as reflectors or directors of the radio waves. The energy transfer mechanism is similar to that of a common transformer that has two separate coils of wire... current in one wire produces a magnetic field that induces current in the nearby (but electrically separate) coil of wire.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
