From the information you have provided so far, a 4-bay panel antenna such as the Antennas Direct DB-4, Antennacraft U4000, Channel Master CM-4221 or Winegard HD-4400 would provide coverage of the current and soon to come digital stations transmitting from the N. Vancouver area. If you desire to continue receiving the analog stations, a CM-3016 or 3018 would be an option to consider. (The antennas do not distinguish between analog and digital, but the many of analog stations operate on lower frequencies, therefor the suggestion for an antenna that will operate at the lower frequencies while also covering the UHF channels.)
