Looking for more signal!!!

Hey everyone,

I recently cut the cord and I am currently using a mystery 3 foot attic antenna that was left by the previous homeowners. This antenna is currently pointed at 210 degrees and it is perpendicular to an attic vent. My antenna immediately leads into a two way splitter that feeds into two 50 foot runs. My house is a one story brick house with an asphalt roof. With this current configuration, I get in ABC, And PBS pretty well. FOX breaks up occasionally. NBC and MyN are a total loss.

I tried using a Winegard Boost XT LNA 200 to increase my signal and it actually impacted the signal coming from PBS and FOX.

I just ordered a Winegard HD Outdoor Antenna FL6550A which I am planning to try to install on the roof. I would like to get in ABC, PBS, FOX, NBC, and MyN. I would also like to try to get in ION and CW, but that's not quite as important. Will this antenna work? Is there a better one to get for my situation?

Thanks in advance!

The amplifier in the antenna you just purchased may overload some of your signals. You don't need a pre amp for any stations in Green.
