The report you've posted is flagged as an approximate location. If the information is close to accurate, you have no risk of overloading any tuners if you opt for an antenna with the highest available gain.
If you want to try for reception of the Low-VHF (real CH-2 through 6) signals listed, the Winegard HD7084P is a good option. Otherwise, antennas such as the Winegard HD7698P would be appropriate. When going after moderate and weak signals ranging from real CH-7 up to real CH-51, I like the Antennas Direct 91XG paired with the Antennacraft Y10713.
Trees are going to be a problem to some degree.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
