Any Advice

I have an OTA antenna but purchased it approximately 8 years ago. I have recently said goodbye to Directv. I know how technology keeps changing and was wondering if there was anything better than the DB8 which I now have.

My location is below:

Tv antennas and Tv reception

The television transmissions are Very Strong at your location. And there are Many receivable channels. The DB8 is a UHF antenna and will receive VHF high band channels 7 thru 13 to a lesser degree. Removal of the metal reflector screens will allow the , >< , shaped metal reception elements to receive more signal at the back side of the antenna. Aim the DB8 at about 266 degree magnetic compass. Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html. I see no reason to replace the DB8 with another antenna.
