Help with constant dropout

I just purchased RCA ANT751R Outdoor Antenna on AMAZON.

The reviews were fantastic and that is why I purchased it. I installed it on my roof about 15’ of the ground. It has a mostly clear line of site to 321 Degrees (as noted by my report noted below)

I used a fresh coax rg6 line, about 25’, from the antenna to a splitter 5-900 MHz.

From there I have 2 runs:
1 to my family room about 20’ and 1 to my bedroom about 40’ also rg6.
The channels that I am focused on are the main networks (ABC, NBC, CBS, FOX)

My TV signal strength indicator tells me that I have 75 out of 100.

The problem is that I will have a great picture, than it will dropout. It will continually repeat this.

Please let me know possible solutions.

Here is my report:

Please help, I really want to cut the Directv!

I received constant dropouts, even though I had about 75 on the signal meter. I ended removing the RCA ANT751R and installing at me mother-in-laws house. She received great receiption not dropouts.

So now I am looking for a new antenna for me. I will put it on top of the roof about 25’ up.

Here is my report:
