Is this norm for coax line length differences?
Estimated coax length for bedroom TV is under
15'.
Est coax length for living room TV is under
45'
During sunlight of the day and viewing Channel 10.1 WKNO-PBS the bedroom TV maintains sufficient signal strength.
But the living room TV signal strength will ping back & forth 0-16-68, and channel is not viewable
At night time LR TV maintains great signal strength.
When I initially installed antenna during the winter and no leaves on the trees signal loss wasn't an issue. On a whim I tried a amplifier from Lowe's but didn't seem to help so I returned it.
Do I need to invest in another type of Line Amplifier?
I have 2 Sony TVs purchased the same day the only difference is screen size 46" & 40".
Antenna located in attic, Channel Master "8 Bow Tie".
2' coax line between antenna and splitter > 2 dedicated lines (15' & 45') to wall jacks > 2-3' cables from jacks to TV.
