Please help me pick an antenna

Hello all,

I have been researching antennas online and reading these and other forums but I still feel that I will make poor choices. I hope some of you experienced folks can give me some advice. If anyone has recommendations for my situation I would love to have them.

Here is my TV Fool report
http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...219374529e17ed

I need the first 14 stations on my TV Fool list up to WBBM-DT, VHF channel 12.

I would like to mount the antenna on my roof.

I have 2 different indoor antennas, a Silver Sensor and a Philips Mant510 . I can tune to all my desired Chicago stations with those and get mostly reliable signals. The Mant510 can sorta pick up WBBM-DT, but that channel is very sensitive and drops out constantly.

I have 6 devices that must be connected, 2 PC tuners 4 TVs.

The house is single level but on a bit of a hill so it looks to me the roof is about equal elevation to most of the houses in the antenna's direction. The closest tree near the line of sight is about 260 feet from the roof peak.

Thanks.

I recommend a Winegard HD7082P all channel antenna pointed at about 163 degree magnetic compass and easley receive down to WDCI-LP 30.

Thank you very much for the advice John Candle, that helps a bunch.

I am hoping to put an antenna up next month. If for some reason I can't get the 7082P, I could substitute the Winegard 7696P for it and get similar performance correct? I understand I would not receive low band VHF and FM with the 7696P.

Here are places to buy Tv antennas and etc.. , http://www.solidsignal.com , http://www.3starinc.com , http://www.starkelectronic.com , http://www.amazon.com . Yes the HD7696P has the same gain figures on channels 7 thru 69 as the HD7082P and the HD7696P does not have low band receiving elements that the HD7082P has.
