I'm hoping I've come to the right place to seek help on my problem, as it is a mixture of antena & cable issues...
So basically, when I moved into my new home in Mentor, Ohio (20 mins east of Cleveland) two years ago, I was able to use the existing coax wall jack to get all the local channels. I don't know exactly how that was possible, but it worked fine and reception was never an issue. But then, this past winter, all of a sudden I lost the ability to get certain channels... which, typically would not be an issue, but it included the local affiliate that broadcasts the Browns games. So with football season on the horizon, I'm trying to figure out what the heck happened, or an alternative which led me to buying this indoor antenna...

As my (bad) luck would have it, that antenna gets me even less channels than the existing cable connection.
Here is the link to my TV Fool analysis:

The channels I get through the coax connection are:
3-1,2 / 5-1,2,3 / 8-1,2 / 23-1 / 49-2,3,4 / and some other random music and local broadcast channels.
The channels I get through the antenna are:
5-1,2,3
Granted, our family room is an interior room with no real window access, but even when connecting the antenna to my bedroom tv and hanging it out the window oriented toward the west, I still get minimum channels.
Does anyone have any ideas on where to start? Optimally, I'd love to figure out why I don't get 19 anymore through the coax connection, but even if it's an OTA solution, it will beat having to watch the Browns somewhere other than the confines of my family room.
Thanks in advance
