Help on selecting the right antenna

Hello,
I am new to this site and antennas in general . I was wondering if users would have recommendations for me on a good antenna for my house. I have been looking online and reading various articles on selecting one but it seems there is a lot of misinformation, scams etc out there. I figured a forum like this might be the place to go to hopefully get some honest answers on what I need. I want to install an antenna on my roof which is approximately 35’-45'
in the air as it’s a multifamily. I am planning on hooking up two TVs to this possibly a third sometime down the road. I live on the first floor but own the house so no issues running cable or mounting antenna. I just want to get the most channels I can and in hd or whatnot if possible. Your reception situation is interesting because of the weak Tv stations in all directions. Your best reception is West , West South.
