I'll definitely try moving the antenna down in increments prior to looking into a taller mast.

Unfortunately because of a long list of honey do's, I won't get to this for a week or so.

Being in a valley, would a higher mast be beneficial? I have made antenna movements between 75 to 95 degrees to capture a better signal...

Is system grounded??? Yes it is grounded.
How long are your cable runs? Cable runs range from 50 - 70 ft. Furthest away is rarely watched....
