Most of the tuner boxes have a switch to select between channel 3 or 4 for the boxes output, so you could put one box on 3 and another on 4 and combine the signals with a splitter/combiner into one...

What I'd try
The channel you are having trouble with is on VHF low which has quite long wavelength . To tune rabbit ears to that frequency pull them all the way out or to ~75 inches wide if yours even go that...

One more correction
This line
GW 37 3 0 y 0 0 -y 0 0.0404
is an imaginary wire used to specify the feed point with the "EX" line below it.
the last field in the line/card (0.0404) is radius in inches of 12 GA...

The model I posted had a wire not connected.
Sorry my eyes were tired when I finished it and I didn't notice until this afternoon.
