I am looking for advice on an antenna for my parents.

They would like to receive all the stations from the northeast (real channels 19, 13, 31, 11; 15 and 17 would be a bonus, but aren't necessary). Since none of these channels carry CBS in HD (720P or above), they would also like to get real channel 12. Is this possible to do without a rotor or without multiple antennas?
Thanks

K29EB 29 Fox , WIRT-DT 13 ABC and Me-Tv , WRPT-DT 31 PBS , KCCW-TV 12 CBS , KAWE 9 PBS , KRII-DT 11 NBC and The CW and CBS and MyNetwork. Install a Winegard HD7698P with out a preamp aimed at about 32 degree magnetic compass (KRII) the weakest station to receive that needs to be received of the stations/channels listed. KCCW 12 will most likley be received through the back side of the antenna. KAWE 9 PBS may or may not be received on the side of the antenna. In any event a full complement of receivable networks will be received.

If KRII/KBJR is a little weak with 2 tv's connected using a 2 way splitter then install a Channel Master CM3412 distribution amplifier in place of the splitter , and if some channels are dropping out with a 3 or 4 way splitter then install a Channel Master CM 3414 distribution amplifier in place of the splitter.
