View Full Version : How close can I install a VHF and UHF antenna?

I have the two antennas linked below. VHF antenna is installed in attic and works great. The UHF antenna I will either need to place about a foot behind the VHF antenna or about 50 feet apart. Will I be ok mounting these two a foot apart?

Ideally, avoid putting one antenna in the path of another. However, feel free to experiment.

As a rule of thumb mounting one above the other or side by side with at least 3' of separation will limit interaction between the two antennas, Greater separation is generally better.
