I would love to get an antenna recommendation. Below is my TV Fool report.
I looked over some of the offerings at radio shack, and most of the roof mount antenna's claimed a maximum reception range of about 20 miles, but based on my TV Fool report, several stations I watch are greater then that distance.
I'm mostly lost when comparing one antenna to another.

I have a single story house, don't mind putting a small antenna on the roof if need be, something attic mounted were it's out of site would be even better. I would prefer to spend less then $50 on the solution.
The house had Satalite before so there is existing RG6 cable going from a good mounting location on the roof to my cable "hub". I also have powered splitters, and 6db TAP's available.

A ANT751 will work for you, but you should decide to aim it at Miami or West Palm Beach.

Another possibility is a HD1080. When aimed at Miami, it should also get WPEC and WPTV.

In the attic I would consider a homemade antenna http://imageevent.com/holl_ands/multibay/4bay or http://www.tvantennaplans.com/ without the reflector as it would pick up the UHF stations in both Miami and West Palm simultaneously. Add a small VHF Y5-7-13 and UVSJ for either Miami or West Palm Beach, depending on if you want WSVN and WPLG or WPEC and WPTV.

The HD 1080 looks like a good bet, and only about $30 delivered. All the shows I watch are on the networks and generally only syndicated shows, so it doesn't matter if I get ABC of an affiliate in WPB or Miami. Looking over the TV Fool report it seems I would get the most channels pointing towards Miami even though it's actually farther away.

Thanks!
