Interactive TV Maps tool. Looking at the area based on the ZIP code, the terrain may affect the signal prediction significantly.
Based on the information thus far, a Winegard HD7698P and Antennas Direct CPA-18 preamp would be an option. I would also try to find a way to safely mount higher. If you generate a new report, you can try using different AGL values to see what, if any, improvement in signal levels can be had.
