Request antenna suggestions

I am currently just using Netflix and would like some OTA goodness. I was looking at the amplified MOHU leaf:

I understand that the mohu does best with UHF. Looks like most of mine are that. Looks like most are at an azimuth of 256-266 range with one Channel 34 at 116. Not really worried about that one. Mainly the ones in green and the ones in yellow would be a bonus.

A Simple reception situation.

Above the roof install a Winegard HD7696P antenna with no preamplifier , aimed at about 240 degree magnetic compass direction.

For 1 Tv connected use no splitter.

The Digital Tv stations/channels in the , Green , Yellow , Red , reception zones down to and including WWJX UHF channel 23 Legacy Tv , http://legacytv.wordpress.com , should be reliably received.

As always , trees and tree leaves do a real fine job of reducing or blocking Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions.

It is best to locate the HD7696P antenna at a location that has little to no obstructions to antenna reception in the directions of west and south east.

The Tv Must Channel Scan for the Digital Broadcast Tv Channels , sometimes named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv setup menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

WRBJ UHF channel 34 , CW and Antenna Tv , is a Very Strong transmission at your location and will most likely be received even though the HD7696P antenna is not aimed at the station.

Thanks for all your work. I guess I needed to specify the reason that I was looking at mohu is that they were indoor or attic mount. My convenience in my neighborhood gets ticky about thing that are roof mounted as well as my wife it was hard enough to get a dish for dish tv. Can you make a indoor or attic recommendation.

Roof is all wood no metallic roof convering or barriers thin singles.

I'll work on trying to get my wife/neighborhood to go along with roof mount but it's a losing battle.

When I meet one in person I back up and give them lots of room.

I do not turn my back on them until I am distance away , and even then I am Very Alert to what the antenna Hater is doing or saying so I can make a fast getaway.
