Trying to receive WBPA-LP. Are they even transmitting?

Hi, everyone. I'm new here. I'm a radio enthusiast and one thing I have been trying hard to do lately is receive WBPA-LP (or any other analog broadcast) in my area. They're an analog station broadcasting on channel 30, according to TVFool.

Here is the radar plot for my house. I live a few miles from Pittsburgh, PA.
My Home

Is this station even still transmitting? Has anyone received it recently? Has it gone digital?

I could use some help with receiving this signal, but most importantly, I would like to know if this station is still on the air. I have e-mail the company that owns it, but haven't received a reply after over a week.

I have no local knowledge of the area... The only suggestion I can make is to contact the licensee:

There's no evidence that the CP for digital has ever been built.

Still no reception

As I have previously mentioned, I contacted that company a while ago but never got a reply. I think I'll have to call the company or try the e-mail that you gave me. Thanks for the help.

Yesterday, I drove to a location where TVFool predicted the signal would have a noise margin of more than 40 dB and attempted to receive the signal using a portable TV. I got nothing.

But now that I'm on this forum, I am having a problem with an antenna rotor. Should I start a new thread or talk about it here?

Thanks everyone!
