Reception issue in San Jose, CA

Hello,
I am new to OTA HDTV, and I just installed an AntennasDirect DB8 on my roof. Unfortunately, the results have not been as good as expected. I am in area code 95130. The problem is that I do not receive ch. 2.1, 9.1, and 11.1. Actually, I do receive 2.1 and 9.1, just not at that location. Instead, I receive them at their actual frequency. Ch. 11.1 I do not receive at all. The strange thing is that those channels supposedly have higher strength than others I receive. I tried moving the antenna around on the roof but the results are the same. I do have a large tree in front of the antenna.

Now I am starting to think that I should try a different antenna, possibly one that has both high VHF and UHF, like the Winegard 769P4 or P7. Any other suggestion?

Please read the Guidelines when asking for help. Then post the link to your TV Fool reception report.
