How to connect HDB8X to 2 maybe 3 TV's

The two cables from the HDB8X antenna goes into a combiner with one output. From there I need to feed one tv in one side of the house and 1 (maybe more later) in the other side of the house.

How is it best to do that?
I was thinking about adding a splitter after the antennas combiner, but that sounds kind of weird. First combining 2 and then splitting in 2. Is that the way to go?

What is the difference between these type of splitters:

The first is a simple tee- it's just plain, straight wire between the three ports.

The second is a proper transformer-type splitter that keeps the impedance of all three ports matched. The tee does not.
