How good are these antennas

Hello, I was looking at this antenna: Channel Master CM3010
and i started wandering if it would work in te attic for this location:

Are there any indoors recommended instead?

I also found some of the (antennaHub) AX-9xx models (969, 909g2.3, 912) with good reviews, but a bit pricier... what do you guys think about these too?

Orders at digicircle need to be placed on line with your computer or you can go to the store and use a computer in the lobby and then pick up the antenna at the same store in California.
