Merry Christmas!
Your signal report looks a lot like my report:
I'm using a GE 29884 antenna indoors

and am able to receive down to RF 7 WTPC TBN:
It works a little better over the bed where there is less electrical noise (EMI) on VHF-High channels 7-13:
If it doesn't work for you indoors, add a preamp.
If it still doesn't work for you, the antenna must be mounted outside or in the attic if you don't have an aluminum foil thermal barrier in the roof.
And if that antenna still doesn't work for you, a larger antenna is needed:

Try to make an indoor antenna work first because you are in a high density lightning strike area. An outdoor antenna should be properly grounded.
