Need general signal capture help

Hi all, hopefully I've included enough information to help diagnose my problem. I'm looking for a little help bringing in more OTA stations to my TV. I'm currently using a Winegard Flatwave and have tried it at two particular angles with differing results.

Before I go on too long, here are my signal analysis results(I'm including some old results because the new results aren't showing on the page for some reason):

15ft AGL:

25ft AGL:

I am most interested in channels 3,9,12,18,53,61.

With the flatwave pointed at 0 degrees mag N I can currently get 3,9,18,23,30(3AB-analog)
With the flatwave pointed at 349 degrees mag N I can currently get 3,12,18,30(3AB-analog)

I don't even see channel 30 in the charts but there it is on the TV.

I would like to keep the antenna inside and avoid an exterior mounting, it is rental property. But I own it and could exterior mount if required. One complicating factor is that there is a row of trees (not very deep) towering over the house to the north & north west and ~20' from the antenna.

What will I need to do to accomplish my goals or how can I incrementally test to see if my goals are able to be accomplished ?

ps. If it matters, I am currently running dedicated coax for the tv but would like to move over to the same coax I'm running my MOCA network on at 1500MHz.

Tv antennas and a Lot More.

As always , indoor and attic Tv reception Is Not a reception friendly environment and Never Will Be a reception friendly environment.

Multi-path reflections , absorbing , blocking , broadcast Tv reception.

For inside reception of Some broadcast Tv stations/channels.

For the FlatWave indoor reception , adjust the FlatWave for some reception.

For improved reception , put the FlatWave in a ~ north facing window.

_____________________________________________________________

Incremental step.

The Tv stations/channels in the Yellow reception zone of the tvfool radar plot report and channel list are Weak Signal Strength and have 1 and 2 Edge Path obstructions = hills and mountains.

Installing any type or kind of Tv antenna in the attic at your location is a waste of time and effort.

Will receive only a few more broadcast Tv stations/channels.

However Yes , you can install any antenna you choose in the attic.

Incremental step test of reception.

For reception of , more , Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels.

Install a ANT751 antenna above the roof in such a manner that the roof and house are not blocking reception to the , north , south west , south east , east.

The ANT751 comes with a J pipe antenna mount.

Aim the ANT751 antenna at about 3 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Incremental step.

For reception of -->More<-- Broadcast Tv stations/channels.

Install a Winegard HD7698P antenna in the same Non Signal Obstructing manner above the roof as the ANT751.

Aim the HD7698P antenna at about 3 degree magnetic compass direction.

Here are some Strong and Sturdy antenna mounts.

http://www.ronard.com/909911.html. Use the 5 foot 911 tripod antenna mount.

http://www.ronard.com/34424560.html. Use the #4560 eave antenna mount.

http://www.ronard.com/ychim.html.

Measure chimney. Use a , ronard (2212) , ronard (2218) , ronard (2224).

http://www.ronard.com.

Buy the ronard antenna mounts at solidsignal buy typing the word ronard in the solidsignal search box or buy from ronard.

Here are some places to buy antennas and etc. .

http://www.amazon.com.

http://www.winegarddirect.com.

The ANT751 is sometimes available at , Home Depot or Lowes. Sometimes the ANT751 shows on the Home Depot or Lowes web sites and sometimes not , sometimes the ANT751 antennas are stocked in the stores and sometimes not , no matter what the Home Depot and Lowes web sites shows.

___________________________________________________________________________

As incremental steps.

Reception using the , ANT751 antenna and the HD7698P antenna can be tested without and with a Winegard HDP-269 preamp.

_________________________________________________________

As always , trees and tree leaves , plants and plant leaves , have a negative effect on broadcast Tv reception and so do buildings and other obstructions including your own roof and house.

The Best Practice is to install the ANT751 antenna or HD7698P antenna at a location that has the least amount to no amount of obstructions of any type or kind in the directions of reception including your own roof and house.

The Tv/s Must Channel Scan for Digital Broadcast Tv stations/channels , often named the 'Air Channels' or 'Antenna Channels' in the Tv Setup Menu because the Tv transmissions travel through the air from the transmitting antenna to the receiving antenna.

Some Digital Tv's will automatic channel scan for cable tv channels.

DO NOT channel scan for cable tv channels.

Go into the Tv Setup Menu and select 'Air Channels' ~ 'Antenna Channels'.

Scan for channels.

Digital broadcast Tv tuners can develop -Digital Glitches- that are not cleared out with simple channel scans.

Do a Double Rescan , http://www.dtv.gov/rescan.html.
