help pointing antennas

I have an Antennas Direct DB4e and an Antennacraft Y10713 with a RCA TVPRAMP1R preamplifier and would appreciate some input on the optimal direction they should be pointed.

It really depends on which stations are your 'must haves'. If you are looking to pick up the stations roughly to your south, I would start out pointing the UHF antenna to 162 degrees magnetic and the VHF to 164 degrees magnetic. See what stations you are getting and if any of your 'must haves' are missing.

Curious what the stations are in the 190's.

Given the beamwidth on the DB4e, you might be able to favor the 190 degrees and still get your 160's.

How long a coax? How many TV's?

Might be possible you don't need the amp?

But you should be able to get plenty of stations.
