The difference between the 'Current' and 'Pending' values don't explain the great difference between our results... If I'm using flawed math, I would like to be corrected.

Tv Reception.

The difference between 11.6 and 14.4 is plus +2.8 NM(dB).

Normaly +1 to +2 and even +3 NM (dB) is not important for reception.

However there are some reception situations where +1 , +2 , and even +2.8 NM (dB) is better then nothing and is better then -1 , -2 , -2.8 NM (dB).

Tv Reception.

Running the numbers , looks impressive , learned how to do it years ago.

Getting in to it in depth here at tvfool , learned my lesson here , won't do it again.

As I at least tried to explain in the past there is more to obtaining reliable transmission of Digital VHF low band channels 2 thru 6 through out a coverage area and how that positively effects reception. Beyond what the numbers say.
