Dont show silent dtv stations

DON'T SHOW SILENT DTV STATIONS LIKE SEEN IN THE PORTLAND, OREGON SEARCH ("Check Your Address for Free TV", RADAR.PNG FILE)
"KOXI-LD, REAL CHANNEL 28" IS SILENT AND SHOULD NOT BE LISTED.
A SEARCH AT www.fcc.gov/fcc-bin/audio/tvq.html, FOR CALL SIGN "KOXI" SHOWS IT SILENT (IN THE "CDBS:", "STATION INFO", "STATUS")

YOU DON'T HAVE TO YELL. The issue is with the database extract that's available for download.

I would vote 'for' showing what is in the FCC database. There are other resources such as www.rabbitears.info which can help determine what is or isn't on the air.

I find value in seeing what might be on the air. I'm able to plan for future conditions.

KOXI is a 'one-off' situation, not the basis for changing the entire operation of database updates at TV Fool.
