Recommendations for an antanna

Hello,
I am looking to purchase an antenna to mount on my roof, I would like to get the digital stations to my North.
I currently am able to get WSYR with a 6 ft piece of wire as an antenna.
My report: http://www.tvfool.com/?option=com_wr...903817356c81d1
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Jason.

You can probably get WSYR with a straightened paper clip!

Try a 91XG with a Juice preamp. You have a complex situation and there's no point in halfway measures.

Aim the antenna due north, then 11° to the right and focus your efforts on the CBS station, WTVH. With luck, that will pull the rest of the Syracuse stations in also.

I prefer the DB8e for your situation because each 4 bay can be moved independently so you will be aimed directly at every station instead of aiming for the middle and hoping for the best

And you can always aim them in the same direction for even greater gain than the 91xg if your situation allows it

But either way you can't go wrong
