Meter for pointing an o t a ANTENNA

What type of should you buy that work's we'll and does not cost a lot of money

Many if not most TV sets provide a signal metering function of some sort. Though it's not practical to haul a 60" screen on the roof or up a mast (or so I've been told).

I have found the various SiliconDust tuners to be very functional as signal meters. There's a free app available, "Hdhomerun Signal Meter" which makes a tablet or phone an easy to use portable meter.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
