New Antenna - Deep Fringe

Hi! I am looking to put up an antenna to add the low powered channels 14-29 if possible. I currently get 10, 17, & 19 great using just my travel trailer antenna and built in amp, but ABC, CBS, and PBS an hour ahead just don't hack it for me. I will put the antenna up about 15-20' right now at my rental house, and put up a 30+ tower when I buy a house (I realize my numbers/angles will change a bit when I move but it shouldn't be a big change). So far I have kind of narrowed it down to the Winegard 8800 or 9032, or the Antenna Direct 91XG as it sounds like they are the best for UHF reception, but am open to anything. Everything I find says these are the best for UHF, but have found alot of mixed reviews over what is the best specifically at the low-uhf range I actually care about (even on these forums). Other concerns I have is how it will work for also getting the 3 stronger signals to the east (including vhf ch. 10), and the high winds and frequent hail we get around here. Thanks!
