The FCC shows the RF channel for KTVD 20.1 as 19 in one place, and 31 in another:

I'm unable to raise the antenna to clear the stuff in the LOS. WRT other possible causes - do they affect channels differently? None of those things appears to be affecting the other stations we receive, which broadcast from the same place, and with signals of similar strength, to the two stations that are being pesky.
