I'd recommend the Antennacraft Y10-7-13 over the Winegard Y1713. I tested each of these antennas head to head here and the Winegard is about 2db lower in the gain department across VHF. In fact, two separate models of these antennas on a competing website confirms this. Aside from that GUM's advice is good.
