Here is how to aim antennas , http://www.kyes.com/antenna/pointing/pointing.html.

Use a Real and Actual magnetic compass to aim antennas , do not trust a cell phone , tablet and etc. compass.

Connect the DB8e and CS600 antennas together on to 1 coax with a , UVSJ = UHF/VHF - Separator/Joiner.

Connect the DB8e antenna to the UHF connection of the UVSJ.

well its been awhile, finally started playing around with my setup.
i purchased the DB8e and the CS600.
Currently sitting about 25 feet up.
after a little adjusting i done a scan----1 CHANNEL. WHAT.........
got home from work tonite scanned again and to my surprise 9 CHANNELS
WOW.......
2-1 WTWO
6-1 WRTV
6-2 HTSN
6-3 LWN
29-1 WTTK
29-2 WTTK
38-1 WAWV
40-1 WHME
40-2 WHMB
so maybe there is a little hope for me.
now i know these are coming in due to the clouds ,last nite was clear,
and these may be "seasonal" due to no leaves.
but on the other hand i am still at only 25 feet, this spring i am going to put the other tier in my tower that will bump me to 35 feet.
also i am considering a pre amp and possibly another setup.
any other suggestions?
so far i am suprised---also i am really leaning to put a rotor on my setup.
