You could try an 8-bay panel.
Ex. DB8, U8000, CM-4228, HD8800 - All of which will be less likely to produce the results of the XG-91.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
