I'd suggest a Winegard HD7694p aimed South East of you. That antenna is not that large, IMO. You could also try something like the CS2-V if you want something a bit more "dishlike" with higher WAF.
I think either would likely serve you well.
As long as that coax isn't used for anything else, it's fine to use.
