K31GL (Dallas market) still on RF-31
Whoops. I just now noticed that the 201103180149 database is showing K31GL in DeSoto, Texas (D/FW market) on channel 33.

Although they have a CP for that facility, the channel 31 plant with 8 kW is still on the air. From what I've deduced from industry insiders, there are no plans in the immediate future to build out channel 33.
