The CRTC has approved an application by Rogers Broadcasting for post-transition transmitters for CKVU-TV in Vancouver and Victoria. Vancouver will operate on channel 33 with a maximum ERP of 8,300 watts at 670 meters HAAT and Victoria will operate on channel 27 with a maximum ERP of 2,750 watts at 99.6 meters HAAT. CRTC decision The Commission has also approved an application by Rogers to add a post-transition transmitter in Victoria for CHNM-TV Vancouver. The CRTC has approved an application by Zoomer Media Inc., on behalf of the Christian Channel Inc., for CHNU-TV Fraser Valley by adding post-transition digital transmitters in the Fraser Valley (CHNU-DT) and Victoria (CHNU-DT-1). The Fraser Valley transmitter will operate on channel 47 with a maximum ERP of 21,400 watts at 335 meter HAAT and Victoria on channel 21 with a maximum ERP of 3,500 watts at 94.4 meters HAAT.
