The AP8275 has plenty of gain. More than needed to drive a 4 or 8-way splitter followed by over 100' of RG-6.
Put a splitter in, run some coax. Neither are that expensive.

If the well is dry and you don't see rain on the horizon, you'll need to dig the hole deeper. (If the antenna can't get the job done, an amp won't fix it.)
